SailorBee and myself at the Crunchyroll booth
It was so much fun. So much so that I will probably forget to mention some things because it was a crazy weekend. I'll give you the short story then let the photos and the videos fill in the rest.
HIGHLIGHTS: Lion cub, baby albino kangaroo, hottubing, cookouts in the suite, photoshoots galore, water slides, bonding with friends, meeting new friends, and carpool shenanigans.
Photos are mostly from Saturday but I scattered them around for aesthetics reasons.
Friday Vickybunnyangel & me in Xenosaga swimsuits
It was a crazy day starting with an early morning shoot at 9am in the waterpark with Anna Cosplay Photography, and Elysiam Guild in T-elos alongside Vickybunnyangel as Kosmos. We got some shots in the wave pool, the bar and a tiki hut. This was followed by 4 other shoots with Elventhphotograph, Mitch Saroka (photo on the right), Solartempest, and again with Elysiam.
Somehow my costume survived being in and out of water and the hottub. Vicky and I also managed to survive the cold outdoor weather (12 to 15C brrrr).
The rest of the day was spent hanging out at the waterpark, partying in the room, and making a few touch up for my Saturday costume.
SaturdaySo I heard you like Mudkips.
Another busy day. I was wearing Ms. Fortune from Skullgirls and I was fortunate enough to get photos with a lion cub and an albino baby kangaroo. This was followed by shoots with Eleventhphotograph, Liquid-Cocaine Photos, and CK December.
The rest of the day was spent in the hottub, the waterpark, partying in the suites, attempting to visit the villas, card games, party games, and cookouts.
Funny Story: I got punched in the face by MLZ Studios. Accidentally of coarse. We were trying to link up our tubes in the wavepool and he got me right in the chin. Nothing serious, but definitely memorable.
