Otakuthon 2009 - Montreal G-Anime 2010 - Gatineau Description: The skirt has 8 layers not including all the tulle and chiffon to add girth (poofyness). The inner layers are lined and all the ends are surged. All the trim was spraypainted then hand painted gold. All the detailing was hand-painted. I added a staff, which belongs to another Sakura costume, to make up for not having a Syaoran. The staff survived a fall down the stairs but broke in transport to Otakuthon. I added foam wings, a necklace and an underskirt for G-Anime. Awards: Best Master workmanship - G-Anime 2010 The Most Beautiful - Otaktuhon 2009 |
