Why this costume?
I'm making all the eeveelutions! This time I wanted to experiment with draping.

Headpiece: I used a base headband beads from AliExpress. They are attached using thin wire.
Wig: I used an Ayumi in teal from Arda Wigs. The wig was crimped for extra volume and the bangs were styled with Got2Be gel and hair spray.
Ears: The ears are carved out of a dense foam as the base and coated with a blue acrylic paint and frosty metallic paint as a top coat.
Clothing: I dyed some 4-way stretch sheer mesh with Dye More in turquoise to make the base bodysuit. The darker turquoise pieces are also stretch mesh from Fabricville. For the top I draped the fabric until I got the look I wanted, marked the gap to attach rhinestones with Gemtac, then stitch the fabric down with a machine along the back seam and hand tacked it elsewhere. The pants have snowflake rhinestoning details along the legs as well as contrasting panels for the lower shins to match the creature design.
