Commission Policy
Cost:
Prices vary depending on the difficulty, amount of time and materials needed to make the prop or accessory.
Payment:
Half or full payment is expected before beginning a commission. The other half must be paid before shipment, after completion photos are sent.
I prefer Paypal but methods of payment are negotiable.
Shipping:
Shipping fees are not included in the estimates. Feel free to ask for an estimate providing relevant information, such as country and province/state.
Shipping fees may sometimes only be determined after the product is made.
Returns / Refunds:
If you wish to return an item, it must be returned in it's original condition.
A refund of a maximum of 50% will be issued so long as there is a valid reason for return.
Shipping is non-refundable.
The refund amount is 50% due to supplies and materials used to make the commission and lost labour.
